Dubai, 16 March 2015: Leading advertising agency Leo Burnett MENA amassed a string of coveted awards – a staggering 55 in total – across various categories at the Dubai Lynx 2015, a prestigious event aimed at celebrating the region’s best work in creative advertising. The awards ceremony, which took place on March 11 at Dubai’s Madinat Jumeirah, saw Leo Burnett MENA take home the highly sought-after ‘Network of the Year’ title. In parallel, Leo Burnett Beirut was named ‘Agency of the Year’.
Overall, Leo Burnett MENA won two Grand Prix, 12 Gold, 23 Silver and 18 Bronze trophies, making it the most awarded network in the history of the Dubai Lynx. This year, the agency also secured 124 shortlisted entries.
Leo Burnett Beirut received two Grand Prix, three Gold, six Silver and three Bronze awards for its ‘Keep the Flame Alive’ integrated campaign.
In addition, Leo Burnett Dubai earned three Gold awards for its du Tuesday ‘Two for One Tickets’ initiative; moreover, it garnered the UAE’s first-ever Gold Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2014.
